S9 Utility issue

I can't open (MacOSX Mojave)..I've tried to reinstall updated firmware but it doesn't change..

I try to open Utility but it's shown a message about 'application closed', I have ReOpen option but nothing change if I try to ReOpen..

Is it possible reinstall this Utility?

@Bob > Try downloading the drivers, then run the uninstaller from the package, reboot, then install, and be sure to bypass the driver security, even if you're not prompted.
