DDJ 200 Not compatible with Ipad???

I just picked up the new DDJ200 and it won't pair with my iPhone or iPad?  Come someone please let me know why it keeps coming up saying unsupported?

And what can I do to fix it?

Thank you!

I am using the latest software on both and I paid for the weDJ app on ipad, 12.3.1

It is frustrating that it won[t connect to my ipad.  Also I thought you could use spotify with it, am I wrong?  Thank you!

You can use it with the iPad; the app is just not iPad-native, so it will run in the compatibility mode.

No, you can't use Spotify.

Hello, I have the same problem. When I use my iPhone and trying to connect, it says “not supported”.
I have iPhone XS with latest ios.

If you are trying to connect by way of the iOS Bluetooth menu, it will not work - you need to use the WeDJ settings page to connect.

I’ve tried everything but it won’t connect to my phone x that’s updated to most recent iOS , I try to connect on the app and it says device found but it won’t connect. I’m not connected to anything else , I’ve reset my phone and network settings but nothing seems to work

@Mark > That's not true at all -- the app itself is free. No, you can't connect to a wireless speaker, nor do we recommend it due to latency issues introducing difficulty for beatmatching.

If you don't want to use WeDJ, you can use Algoriddim's djay app, and you could certainly use it with Traktor on your computer -- but it will not work with Serato as it's not a Serato-compatible device.
