DDJ400 Deck A stops playing music however Deck B no issues at all

Hello,

I just brought a brand new DDJ 400. When mixing songs suddenly deck A will not play music when pressing play button or from rekord box. When try to press again just flashes. Deck B is fine no issues and plays normally.

Also tried in Deck A when using Shift button and any of keyboard pad fx etc, same thing happens Deck A stops playing music. Tried it with Deck B fine no issues at all.

Latest firmware is applied as well as rekordbox.
