rekordbox itself doesn't create duplicates. Is that an intelligent playlist? Or is it syncing with iTunes?

Bug: Rekordbox duplicates tracks in playlists and removes some too
Rekordbox keeps duplicating some tracks in my playlists over and over and removes some tracks. The numbers of tracks in playlists don't change cause it removes the same number of tracks that are duplicated.
I keep backing up the library so I can restore to the time that the playlist is not changed by Rekordbox, export it then restore it again to the last backup and import the playlist.
It's a huge deal

RB is not supposed to but it does that's why I call it a BUG. I have no intelligent playlist, it's not synced with iTunes.
In addition, when I re-order a playlist it messes up with the orders on other playlists.

I updated RB and firmware of my controller (DDJ-800), thankfully I have not faced the same issue ever since then.
