DDJ SX3 Asio kernel buffer size does not come off

my device's problems:

First Problem:1.jog wheel spins faster than 2.jog wheel

Second Problem:Crackling Noise

Turbo Function Off cpu

Did you change your power settings to disable the Intel Turbo Boost or did you do that through your system BIOS?

You may also want to increase the audio buffer size.
