The red bar indicates where your floating cue point is, which in this case is the loop in point. You can't customize the platter screen, so just ignore it if you don't find it useful.

XDJ-1000 MK1 Red Bar on platter screen
On my XDJ-1000s I’ve just bought, when I make a loop a red bar comes up on the platter like the slip mode but only two bars light up red. If you go to that point in the track it is the loop on point, any one know how to get rid of it, just get a bit annoying.
