Do you have DVS selected in rekordbox and have you tried internal mode?

DVS Calibrated but not working
My set up is a DDJ RX with 1 PLX-1000 connected to channel 2. I have calibrated the timecode on the turntable, which seems to work and I get a nice circle but whenever I got to play a track nothing happens.
The vinyl spins around but the music doesn't play. I have tried both relative and absolute modes but still nothing. If i spin the vinyl back and forward it does move the waveform back and forward slowly but if I just let the vinyl spin the track does not play. This is very frustrating and some help would be good.

Yes I have DVS selected and in the audio settings I have CD/Line marked. When in internal mode I can please play on the controller and it plays the track. As I say if I move the timecode back and forward it does move the waveform and I get a faint scratching noise but it feels this should move more have to stake a very mix turn to move it a tiny bit.

Are you running rekordbox 5 or 6?
