Sound output only through one channel while using traktor pro 3

Hi everyone I know this question has been answer. But I was using traktor pro 3.5.1 the latest version of traktor and xdj 1000 mk2. I don't think is the 32 64 bit issue because I haven't change anything and a week ago was working perfectly and Today its not. I get both decks from traktor hid mode coming from the same channel on my xone px5 mixer. Please help
