Do you have Quantize turned on, if so try turning it off and see if you have the same results.

Hotcue delay when pressing in quick succession with USB.
I use USB with CDJS. When pressing the hotcue button once it's fine but when I want to combine it in quick succession to create a short beat using cues (pad work), there is a delay.
I notice when connecting a laptop (HID MODE ) it's very responsive which allows me to do pad work.
Does anyone experience this? I've experienced this on the CDJS 1000S, NX2000, 3000s

Thanks Jay, It was the quantize function that caused the delay. I never realised that detail using the CDJS and thought the problem was a unique fault. Is there a reason for the delay in hot cue while in quantize?
