DDJ-RZX - NO MASTER / HEADPHONE AUDIO OUTPUT
DDJ-RZX - NO AUDIO OUTPUT ON MASTER OR HEADPHONES
Followed typical protocols for troubleshooting as detailed in the owners manual, Pioneer DJ website, online forums. Lost communication with tech support recently not sure why but no return emails. Any help by anyone out there is appreciated.

Had the same issues couple days ago. To solve I did following:
* I reinstalled Windows 10, because I installed some stuff before could affected audio (webcam, Discord, VirtualDJ)
* User account under Windows needed to have admin rights, otherwise it didn't work
* Needed to run Rekordbox as admin, for whatever reason, then it worked
