DDJ-1000 and 11th Gen Intel processor

Got MSI laptop with 11th gen and ddj-1000 dont work on rekordbox software.

What should do please?

hey

i did, updated Bios firmaware and audio drivers from MSI but rekordbox still doesn't recognize the ddj1000. i have proceeded to return the laptop. Too many wasted hours when should be easy and fast.
