With which version of rekordbox and which SX2 firmware version?

Cue countdown on ddj sx2
The cue countdown only show on the active deck on sx2 platter. The song i am cueing up does not show cue countdown until it is the active deck. Fix please.

sx2 is latest firmware nov 2015 and latest rbdj dec 6, 2016

Sorry for the delay in responding - I had to get out my SX2 and test it -- can you show what, exactly, it is that is (isn't) working?
The red ring on the SX2 jog shows "on-air" status, the countdown can be seen on the display of the deck within the software.
