My $3,000 DDJ-RZX is failing to update from 1.05 to 1.08. It fails at around 15% in the first loading bar.
Note (to avoid a useless response): Yes, I put the controller in "update mode", by holding the sync and shift buttons on the left side while powering on the controller. I followed the update manual painstakingly, and tried restarting my computer, twice. I followed the instructions in the error screen. All of my other applications were closed. I tried ten (10) times before posting here.

Also: I don't have a firewall. I'm on a Mac. My Mac is running MacOS Sierra. I tried re-downloading the updater. I tried disconnecting all of my peripherals. I work during the day and cannot call in to your support line during those hours. I am very unhappy.
Edit: Solved. USB cable B needed to be unplugged from the back of the RZX...
