RMX 1000 + DDJ RZ release fx flashes and not working

Would it be caused from missing send/received, if so..is there a way around?

I'm not sure I understand the problem. How do you have your RMX connected to your RZ?

Are you serious? How hard is it to understand the simple question? RMX-1000 release FX does not work and the light right next to it constantly flashes. What is the issue and why are any of these people not getting any answer? Get it together pioneer
