rekordbox button does nothing.

my XDJ-RX2 works perfectly with Rekordbox with the midi button but the rekordbox button has no functionality with my pc

Can you please post a screenshot of your rekordbox > Preferences > Audio tab?

Are you possibly running ASIO4ALL?

It's in the list of drivers. It is not checked. Should I be? Should I not be?

If you have it installed, please try uninstalling it for now.

Uninstalled. No difference. pc is connected via usb. XDJ-rx2 is powered on. Press the rekordbox button and all I get isthe alternating grey bands on the left side of the touch screen and the white field on the right side of the touch screen. I have rebooted thepc and restarted the unit as well

The rekordbox button is for use in EXPORT mode, the MIDI button is for use in PERFORMANCE mode.
