Loops not quantizing

I have been having trouble with my loops going out on both cdj 900 and cdj 2000 nexus. I will hit a 4 or 8 bar loop, but it will always make the loop a little bit too short or long which you can hear from the the first kick of the loop being doubled up slightly or cut short.
This means that my loops will go out very quickly and will cause the mix to go out.

My friend does not have this issue with the same equipment so it's not the cdj's. I think it has something to do with rekordbox or the way i am analysing my music.

Are you sure the beat grids are correct? They may need correction.

I just looked it up, I am fairly certain the grids are correct. When i loop a song inside rekordbox it is seamless and i have no issues, even at different bpm's etc. But then on the cdj's the loops are always off and go out 80% of the time.

I have manually corrected the beatgrids. I will try it on the cdj and see if it helps.

After Manually adjusting all beatgrids i am still having the same issue.

When looping with the 4-8 bar loop buttons on CDJ 900 it will not make an exact loop which will cut the last kick of the loop slightly, causing the loop to slightly go out.

I Uninstalled rekordbox and wiped all traces of it from my mac then reinstalled. This seems to have fixed the issue.
