DDJ SX FX 2 BLINKING/WONT RECOGNIZE

MY DDJ SX WILL NOT CONNECT TO MY MAC. ALL FIRMWARE AND DRIVERS ARE UPDATED AS FAR AS I CAN POSSIBLY GO WITHOUT CONNECTING THE CONTROLLER. PLEASE HELP. MY FX2 BROKE OFF WHEN I SHIPPED IT HOME FROM DEPLOYMENT. CPULD THAT BE THE ISSUE?

Sometimes connections issues can arise due to a faulty USB cable. Have you tried using another?

i have and its still not working. the fx 2 just keeps blinking.

It's possible that the impact that caused the knob to break off could also have caused some other internal damage.

Please contact your nearest authorized repair center to have it repaired.
