Have you checked that the device is selected and configured properly in the preferences and that you've pressed one of the headphone cueing buttons?

AUDIO SET UP QUESTIONS
I have already installed and done all the process for starting to dj use my ddj-rb but I've got a problem, I can't listen to the tracks in my headphones, could someone here help me with that
