Quantize will do its job about getting to the beat point on a jump, what source are you using for music and have the tracks been analyzed in rekordbox first so the you know the grids are lined up?

Beat Jump glitch - issue with CDJ NXS 2
After pushing multiple beat jumps, the jumps start making a clip / glitch noise ( not smooth ). By clicking off/ on quantize it seems to help, meaning you may get 2 seamless beat jumps before it goes off again. Its a little glitch click noise. Usually if you give it some time between jumps the CDJ will be smooth for about 2 jumps. 1.80 firmware
