The same sort is used for all playlists, however it has been asked if, like Serato, an option could be included to have unique views & sorts per playlist.

sort individual playlists in RB5 some by bpm some by track number etc

is this possible? if I sort my first play list by bpm then the other 120 are sorted by bpm to.
did I overlook something?

serato and traktor
for example:
for bar grinding 7 hour sets I want my folders in bpm order to control the flow
for club mixing I want the track order that I have decided
and now with RB5 star and colour order
this is repeated over what has become 100's of playlists over many years, I want to set and forget, why wouldn't I :)

just been through a few playlists, a work around is to set everything to bpm, then "renumber" some playlist via a right click on the column header bar/ click # column and sort that playlist manually moving tracks up and down the playlist.
all other playlists have stayed in bpm sort order and others are by # "track number"
its not perfect but itll do for now

Yeah, that sets the manual sort order - not ideal, but it does work. Thanks for replying back for others who might be looking for a solution.
