ddj-sx3 Serato

Having an issue with firm update, I get the notification to update firmware but I click on update firmware, it shows it is installing but at the end it says installation failed. Frustrated... Please help.

Have you downloaded the firmware here (NOT using Safari, as it can corrupt files when it automatically unzips them), and followed the instructions?

PS: Make sure Serato is closed when trying to update.
