Reset DJM 700 firmware?

Is it possible to reset the DJM700'? Everything is working fine except the BPM counter. It's reading just a little too fast. It's really not a big issue for the most part as I rarely even look at it, however it is making the beat EFX sound off (and I'm having no better luck with the tap function).

I'm hoping maybe a reset of some kind will work? Anyone know?

I believe this can only be done in-store (if at all).
