I just wanted to add that I have also turned up the effect volume (to 12 o'clock) and then pressed the effect on & off and still nothing.

DJM 400 Echo does not work......... please help!!!!!!!!!!
Hi, I urgently need some help with my DJM 400. I have noticed last night that the Echo function doesn't work. I have tried it with both lines 1 & 2. All other effects work perfectly. Each beat effect indicator (1, 2, 4, 8 & 10) flash like they should do when selected but no echo sound is produced.
Does anyone know what could be causing this problem?
