Rekord Box wont launch

0) Have you read the "READ ME FIRST" thread in its entirety before posting: Not that thread, but another troubleshooting page.

1) Operating System: WIndows 7 ultimate 64bit

2) OS Type: 64bit

3) Rekordbox version: I tried 1.2.4 (came with cdj900), 1.4 I already had on my system, and 1.5 none of them worked

4) Using LINK: Doesnt load so no

** 4a) LINK Connection method*: CDJ-900 software does not load

* 4b) Using with CDJs*: Yes CDJ-900

**5) Hard drive / Flash drive / SD card file system: FAT16 FAT32 NTFS HFS+ (NOT SURE)

* 5a) Does the device have multiple partitions*: No

* 5b) If it's a flash drive, is it a U3 device*: No

* 5c) With what utility did you format the device*: Windows 7 cd

**6) Have you scanned your files for errors: No

**7) Have you scanned your drive for errors: No

**8) Is Rekordbox crashing at all: Not loading

* 8a) If crashing, is it resulting in*: an error message. "rekordbox.eve has STOPPED working"

* 8b) If not crashing, are there any error messages*: YEs the above

**9) Are you able to repeat / reproduce the problem: YEs it happens everytime I try to load it

* 9a) If yes, can you do it consistently*: Yes

**10) Any other notes regarding your setup only*:

Yes I tried the database thing, but unfortunately I can't find that directory.

C:\Users\yourusername\AppData\Roaming\Pioneer\rekordbox

Everything after my user name does not exist for example appdata folder does NOT exist in my computer, and obviously due to that roaming/pioneer/rekordbox also don't exist

Also, one more thing I checked to see if that directory was in my laptop (rekord box WORKS here), and it also does not exist there either. Is it hidden or something?

Okay, one last update. It was a hidden folder now I got all the way to the rekordbox folder, but it has nothing in it. So there are no database files.

@ArmanB89 > Have you tried a full uninstall of the app and removal of ALL Pioneer folders (including the hidden ones), followed by a reinstall?

Yes I tried that three times with all three versions. Also, since it was missing all those files in that directory I put all the files from my laptop into that directory and also put my working rekordbox.exe file inside the non working computers rekordbox folder, and it says its missing SIMDB.dll I checked and that file IS inside the rekordbox folder. I really dont know what is going on.
