Got it sorted out. I tried(hopelessly) to reinstall from scratch the 2.0.7 version and restore the library and it worked. Seems like there was a problem with the autoupgrade when you launch RB

rekordbox 2.0.7 problem
Hello!
Just update from 2.0.3 to 2.0.7 and when I drop a track to the players on the bottom, the cdj2000 only shows loading and never completes. 2.0.3 was working flawlesly and im about to play in 20mins.
Need a 2.0.3 link to downgrade rekorbox!!
Also for the future, please put an area to download previous versions in emergencies like the one im experiencing!(if its not available already)
