[CLOSED] Hot Cues and Sampler Not working properly.... Please Help

Hi all,

I am looking for someone to help me as I have just purchased the DDJ ERGO LIMTED which come with TRAKTOR LE software. I understand that the cues and sampler do not work with this version after reading other forum pages.

I have since purchased Traktor Pro 2 then downloaded all the software and yet still nothing.On the review of the pro version is mentions 30 different FX but yet I still only have 3 FX that I can use although at present only 1 works and cant work out how to get them all working.

By the looks of other pages this is a common problem but would appreciate any help anyone can give that has previously had this problem.

@Lee > Are you sure you have properly activated the Pro version, entering in the serial number that Native would have emailed to you in the Service Center?

I'm also having almost the same problem. I just upgraded my Traktor from the LE to the Pro (Version 2.6.1). The sampler and the effects buttons do not work, only one out of the three effects work. All my firmwares and everything are up to date, please guide me further.
