[OPEN] DDJ-SZ - Virtualdj keycode card

Hi,

last week I purchased the controller ddj-SZ.

In the controller I did not find the keycode card to download the software VirtualDJ.

I sent the request for the keycode to the email address "pro_dj_support@pioneer.eu" with all the request informations. (model number, serial and proof of purchase)

I did not receive any response.

Do you now how many time it's necessary to get a keycode?
