2000 Nexus - Won't cue on position

When i hold the platter and hit cue to set the cue point it always jumps a portion infront or behind???

Very frustrating doesnt happen with my 900's nor my MK3's

Very poor since they are [price] per deck :/

Is "quantize" on, it sounds like it's setting is based on the beat grid which may be off from where you want to set the point, therefore it will jump to the grid

then that's most likely the issue, turn off the quantize button and try, if it works properly then, and you want to use quantize, then either adjust the beatgrids properly OR shut off quantize quick for tracks you may want to set an off beat cue on

Yeah its just a few tracks it does it with

I can yurn quantize off set the cue point then switch it back on :)
