CDJ900 jog wheel looser that the other

Hi, I have to CDJs 900 and bought them new. In one of them the jog wheel is much looser than other. I´ve used other cdjs900 and the standard pressure of the jog is similar with the tighter or heavier one I´ve got. The one that´s got the looser jog wheel works just fine, but the jog is very very lose or light.

Is it normal or is it any way to fix this?

@Arturo > If you are dissatisfied with the unit I would encourage you to return it to the place of purchase for repair or replacement.
