Yuck, that's not good. I'm hoping it's not a hardware issue, but I can't seem to locate any info on checking / changing the sensitivity settings on the RX, so I've asked the engineers for some input. Stand by!
So it's been a day since i picked up my pioneer XDJ-RX from the store after waiting for over a month for it to be in stock and sadly i just found out the right jogwheel is probably broken. When i touch the jogwheel on the right it sometimes doesn't start playing again and stays stuck on the point where i left it.
I'm thinking it's a hardware problem since the left jogwheel has no problem at all and i updated to the latest firmware.

Kinda bummed out about the situation, hoping someone will come with a solution :)

@Daan > Sorry to say but the engineers also feel it's a hardware issue. Please contact your store for an exchange (as the unit was dead-on-arrival), or contact Pioneer for servicing.
