XDJ-R1 Sync issue

Hello,

I have this unit for about a week now and I've been trainwrecking a whole lot. My timing is correct but the placement of the beats was just off. This is exactly what I'm experiencing: 

For Example: If i hit "play"  (Or any Hot Cue)

L....L....L....L (Beat of Track 1 - Master - Beatgrid begins correctly)

--->L....L....L  (Beat of Track 2 - synced ) (the first beat won't play) - Cue is set to the FIRST beat.

It's difficult to discibe, i hope u guys understand my problem.

I've read a comment on switching off Quantize-function, and this restores my Hot Cue functionality. With Quantize on, you can't tap the buttons and hear the start as you would with the big Cue button. There is always a small delay, especially when you're tapping it quickly. Switch off Quantize, and the issue is gone and the Hot Cues work exactly like the normal Cue button. But I think I want my Quantize on for looping and effects. I'm on the latest firmware and I really hope you can look into this. A previous thread about this was closed due to inactivity, but I'm eagerly awaiting a fix for this issue.
