That's your problem, Dynamic mode analyses the whole track in steps and it might analyse some parts as a few .BPM lower and other a few .BPM higher, especially parts without a kick. I believe Dynamic mode is supposed to be used for non-electronic tracks (bands playing the instruments aren't going to keep perfect BPM) or tracks which change BPM throughout.
If you're playing electronic music like say House then the BPM of the track shouldn't vary and Normal analysis is much better suited, it analyses the track as a whole and fixes a single BPM across the whole track.
