Add another to the list!
Mine is chipping on the crossfader and on the front edge. I called Pioneer and was told I need to send the mixer in and they will evaluate it. Not the answer I wanted to hear. Looks like I'll have to return it to Musicians Friend as they have a 45 return policy.

Ha, The clown has spoken. I wouldn't trust that guy. Take it back, and pickup another one once they get their act together. Don't let them string you along pass your return window.

@James > You were aware that we have not yet made a statement, so the fact you have a second unit exhibiting the same issue should be no surprise.
