Hi, the problem connected to the MacBook is not recognized but is lit (with lights original game), if put into firmware update mode is detected and updated, also tried with another pc win but still the same problem, with ipad iphone or not works ... Help me please serial mjhn004693wl

It turns everything seems normal, but when I connect to the mac is not recognized in any way ... even ipad is not recognized.
