If this is on Windows, try running it as administrator.
I have seen a few errors like that on windows, I have changed the shortcut to "run as administrator" and all the errors have gone :)

Ah no worries, I only use Windows. One other reason I have found for this error is a dodgy video driver, this can cause this issue on Windows based OSs. No idea about Mac sorry.
