tengo aproximadamente 3 meses con mi XDJ-RX, y al segundo mes, pude percibir, un bajon en la salida izquierda XLR (una salida suena mas fuerte y limpia que la otra), ya he probado con diferentes cables y sigue sucediendo los mismo, he actualizado hasta la version 1.60 y el problema continua, por favor me pueden indicar si esto es un problema de software? o alguien tiene un problema similar, o algo de fabrica.

Ante de nada, actualiza a la version 1.80 y mira si sigue estando el problema

Sorry to hear that you had an audio issue on your controller.
Hardware manager advised you to send your XDJ-RX to an authorized service center because this issue might be caused by damage in parts such as fuse, diode, transistor or resistance used in the controller.

OK, anyway, I'll do this... So and now I have another problem, I can not update 1.60 to 1.80, because when I push the both bottom together ( USB STOP & REELOP EXIT) nothing show up... somebody have the same problem or now what's up?
