Help with my license, it says that it is activated on another computer

Hi,

Reciently I Formated my Mac And when i tried to insert the license key of Rekordbox DJ and it says that it was activated on another machine. Please help or information on where to get support for this.

If you are using El Capitan, there is a glitch where it may deactivate - please file a support ticket, our license team can help sort you out.

-your kuwo email adress

-your kuwo name

-Invoice of the purchase of your hardware

-Photo of the license key voucher included in the box of hardware

I have same problem. So I send email.

But, I've never formatted my laptop.

and also, my license key was deactivated often.

Do you have any idea about this problem?
