DDJ-SX midi csv file Where is it ?

I am trying to locate the midi csv file for my DDJ SX on my macbook pro using El Capitan any ideas wher this little fella is hiding.

Hi Phil,

It is in;

Mac HD / Applications / Rekordbox folder / Right click Rekordbox / Show Package contents / Contents / Resources & it should be in there.
