If you have tried to swich decks in Rekordbox have you tried to switch you RCA cabels?

Rekordbox DJ Switching Channels Problems
Running: Rekordbox DJ Latest version
Deck A - XDJ 1000 / Mixer - Numark M2 (2 Channel) / Deck B - CDJ 2000
Rekordbox DJ connects fine but for some reason Deck A will play through channel 2 instead of channel 1. The rcas are setup properly but why does it switch sides?The EQs for Deck A work only on channel 2. I've also messed around with the audio preferences but it won't switch sides. Help..
