@Jordan > Are you in firmware update mode? It shouldn't ask you to connect a device unless you're in update mode. Try flashing the firmware and see if that resolves the issue.

XDJ RX "connect USB storage device" even though USB is in port 1???
My XDJ RX keeps coming up with the "connect USB storage device into top USB1 port" note, it's the same USB I always use and that has always worked in the XDJ RX. Just wondering if anyone can help me? I've also tried using different usbs but no luck :(

Without sounding daft, what is "firmware update mode" and how would I get in/out of it? I'll try flashing the firmware

Tengo una XDJ RX con el mismo problema ya le pusi el firmware sale completado al momento de reiniciar vuelve y sale este aviso Connect USB storage device into top USB1 port nose que hacer alguien podría ayudarme?

If you are updating the firmware and the unit reboots back into update mode, that indicates the update failed; please contact an authorized service centre in your region to have your hardware inspected and/or repaired.
