That's a bit vague ... can you provide us with some information as to which software you're using and what you've done to "configure" it?

I have tried to configure my controllers with my laptop(ASUS), am using windows 8.1, my left deck side, isnt scratching but its playing, plus i dont know how to configure the audio outputs, what should I DO
