Hi, the rekordbox announce a message XDJ-RX disconnected and don't work the lights and not working properly. any idea?

@Binomio > Which firmware version are you currently using on your XDJ-RX? You can find the latest update here.
If you are using the newest firmware, please try using a different USB cable and/or port on your computer.
