No, the missing exports are only due to an issue with the Sync Manager. 4.2.4 has been released, you can try your update manager now.

Why???
Why on earth can't I update to 4.2.3 from rekord box update manager ,it's saying there is not a more current version than the one currently in use,so I go to the link in the pioneer forums to download it from there and now I have two versions of rekord box installed as it didn't even ask me if I wanted to remove the previous version.

This probably explains why people are reporting missing playlists etc.

I think what's happened is due to the issue with the sync manager, the 4.2.3 update was pulled from the server so the software thinks there's an update available (it's in the list), but the file itself is not available.
Please wait until later today when the fixed 4.2.4 will be available.
