Track info while browsing

Hello.

How do I change the browsing so when I scroll through the tracks I can get more information such as Track name, artist, bpm and key.

I do not mean when pressing Info but just want all this info when I scroll through my playlist.

thank you.

Sorry, it would take more resources / time to read and display that information which would deteriorate the user experience when navigating - this is why we offer 1 additional field to browse / sort when using a parent category.

You can do that in the Rekordbox software by going to preferences -> cdj and device -> columns.. but it seems to be bugged because sometimes it just disappears.. I'm gonna make a post about it now..

Hi Karl,

thanks for your answer.

Yes that will allow me to add 1 column with for instance BPM.

But ideally I would need more columns with all the infos, track name, artist, bpm, key, rating. Is there a way to add columns?

Pioneer, can you please upgrade the software so we can have all these info available.

thank you.

Maybe slightly smaller font? also for bpm just 3 digits is enough, and 2 for key.

Sure there is a way to fit it all. and also prob reduce the size of the artwork, it is nice to have it but can be smaller.

Please help!!!

It makes sense, I m new with Pioneer and used Traktor S5 before. The screens on the console ware basic, less then what we can see on the XDJ-RX. We reprogrammed the screens with a few on the forum of Native Instruments. We made it with more info, browser and play-screen, but you could see that your laptop had to do more work and people had some crashes they haven't had before.
So keep the screen and let it all play like clockwork as it is now.
