I have these scanner and its in the library and fixured, but ist only works some short times and only white colour.
Is there any Problems with Eurolite Scanners?

Could you please send us a product link of the exact product you are using in reality? We don't have MK2 available. The existing scanner is missing any color information and this explains why you only see white color.
