Olá, tente segurar o botão do Bluetooth por mais de 5 segundos.
Depois de muitas tentativas, aqui funcionou.

Dear sir, my A9 cannot make contact via Bluetooth with my Ipad ???
Is there a solution for this or do I need a software update somewhere ?? with my Ophone there are no troubles..
