Try upping the buffer from 5ms - go with the lowest value where no audio drop-outs occur. This doesn't make it unstable - it makes it MORE stable as the buffer size is a larger value.

Cdj 350 audio dropout with rekordbox dj 4.2.4
Hi!!
I'm using two cdj 350 with rekordbox dj 4.2.4 on a windows laptop and i'm having some issues while playing..
The laptop is a Hp with an intel core i5 5200u @2.2Ghz (turbo boost up to 2.7Ghz) and 8gb of ram, and looking at the minimum requirements of rekordbox dj it should run the software quite smoothly.. i have set kernel buffer to 4 and even with the latency set on 5ms i'm still having drop outs when playing in Hid mode.
The laptop has also been optimized for audio application and the cdj are updated to the last firmware.. what can i do to solve the problem? I really do not want to set an higer latency cause it would be unusable.. i'm start to thinking that the problem is not the laptop but the cdj 350 cause i've seen so many people working on the cdj400 with a windows pc (on traktor pro) without any problem

Have you tried the same with the rekordbox 5 beta? The computer process demand is much lower.
