Link button not showing

I connect my xdj rx2 to a dell i5 windows 7 laptop with usb cable in export mode and the button (link) does not appear.

Have you installed the Link Export Drivers?

If that has been installed and you still have problems, it could be a firewall issue - see this article and scroll to the "Can't Link" section(s).

Hi, I have installed the link export and now when I load a track the following message appears: "Error loading track - currently the load is disabled for the specified device" and also the "rekordbox" button on xdj rx2 does not work correctly and the screen is marked "wait".

Did you ensure that your firewall is disabled or configured to allow that traffic through? That's usually why those messages appear.
