rekordbox dj not responding

 hey pls help me after install the rekordbox dj when i open this all r ok but whn i click the video option its hang not responding.after that i closed it again try to open yes its open but its totally hang not responding plss help me.my laptop is hp envy brand corei7 2.9ghz,ram 8 gb,graphics 1tb

i need solution ???
