This is already available -- it's called QUANTIZE. There are a few ways to enable it (eg. on for hot cues, off for loops), and several options for adjusting how it responds timing-wise.

Suggestion for Rekorbox DJ
Hi guys,
could be nice to integrate an option 'smart play'
sometimes I press a tiny bit early or too late the cue button and I have to touch the pads to resync the tempo.
Could be nice an option to able to get the sync even if I press too early or too late if you know what I mean.
Could be bloody nice.
